Hey, friends!
Well, it's been a little while.
This has been a winter for the ages in the Mid-Atlantic. For Five Smooth Stones it has meant cancelled shows, rescheduled shows, cancelled rescheduled shows, cancelled rehearsals, broken snow shovels, waiting for the plow-man, firewood shortages and on and on...
O, Spring, we wait eagerly for your arrival.
But, lo, on yonder Sunday hence, a gig upon an evening thence. Five Smooth Stones at 4th Street Cafe, will rock those winter blahs away...
Okay, so what we're saying is, we will be playing this Sunday at 4th Street Cafe, Columbia PA. Doors open at 6:30pm. The address is 360 Locust Street, Columbia PA 17512. Convenient to York, Lancaster, Dallastown, Harrisburg, Quarryville, Philly, Pittsburgh, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, etc (anywhere is walking distance if you have the time). Google Map is here. Now you have all the info you need, so you should be there. Love you

Summer is coming, too, the best time to host a Five Smooth Stones house party or to have us come to your coffee house, youth night, ski party, birthday party, pizza party, pool party, bowl-o-rama, skate-a-thon, bar-b-cue, bonfire, ballgame, rodeo, track meet, tractor pull, taffy pull, mensa meeting, bingo nite, rafting trip, celebration, dedication, surely you can think of something that needs a band!
BTW, we are working on some new music. The only thing we can tell you is, it will soon be rocking you.
Oh, and our Limited Edition T-shirts- limited to 6 or less of each design, at very affordable rates (like $12 bucks)- are available at Five Smooth Stones shows. So come and get 'em.

Hey, friends!
We had a great time at The Attic in Hagerstown Friday night! It's a sweet place to hang out- comfy sofas & chairs, great coffee, sweet art on display, cool people- what more could you ask for (well, some Five Smooth Stones gospel:rock to heat it up, of course). A big thank you to the crew at The Attic, for everything, especially the refreshments and great sound mix & the prayers! See you next time…
If you don't have your tickets for the Recher Theatre show this Thursday email us now at rechertickets@smoothstones.net. We have some tickets left, but we need to hear from you to reserve them. We'll be delivering them at Barnes & Nobles on Thursday between 6:30 & 7pm. We cannot guarantee them if you don't email us with a count. Tickets are just $7 direct from the band with no service fees like at the box office. (fyi- this is a Recher Theatre All-ages Show, anyone under 21 pays $3 at the door, you must bring ID either way)
Don't forget our other January shows: This Friday (22nd) we're at the North Glen Coffee House (Glen Burnie), next Saturday at Trinity Reformed Coffee House (Joppa)…

Hey, Friends!
We hope you're all doing well this winter- there's been a lot of colds & sickness amidst all the cold & precipitation!
We do have some tickets left for the January 21st show at the Recher Theatre in Towson. This is the one Five Smooth Stones gig that we are really hoping everyone can support, it's a great venue and an opportunity for the band to get in front of new faces, plus raise some funds toward production of our new recording project, and our new bass guitar cabinet.
